Hi eds Any information on Southamptons interest in Moussa Dembele from Lyon. Apparently could go for a rumoured £10mil?
{Ed002's Note - Moussa Dembele (S) Will go for good in the summer if Lyon get their way - but they may not. Fenerbahce would like to take him to Turkey. Southampton has a declared interest. Agent is offering him around but the player may look to run his contract down.}

Our offer has already been rejected by the club and apparently also by the player. He only wants to sign for a big club or stay at Lyon

Any more information on Southamptons interest in Phil Jones from Manchester United? Although bad luck with injuries in the last few years he is a great player in my opinion and could do well beside salisu.
{Ed002's Note - I am not aware of an approach by Southampton but they need to look elsewhere after losing out on Aguerd.
Phil Jones (CB) was an option for Burnley last summer but James Tarkowski stayed, now relegated they will have moved on. Would likely need to drop down to the Championship to find a club where he would start although Fulham are open to a discussion with the player. Bordeaux offered an opportunity - rejected by the player.}

Is there any truth in the rumours of saints wanting to buy Sam Johnston from West Brom and Ritsu Doan from PSG in the January window?
{Ed002's Note - Sam Johnstone (G) Will not be sold in January but Spurs, West Ham and Southampton may look to offers in the summer.
Ritsu Doan (AM/RW) PSV are willing to let the player leave in January having identified an upgrade to him. Shakhtar Donetsk and Southampton have shown an interest although getting a Work Permit to play in England may be difficult.}

MU paid 37 million for him, not sure I see us going for him now unless obafemi goes? and even then surely he would want to play regular football and unless adams and Armstrong have a nightmare they will be first choice surely? But again I would love to see him in a saints shirt if this is true.

Amad Diallo is from Ivory Coast is not related to Southampton and French U21 Ibrahim Diallo. Ibrahim’s brother Abdou Diallo is at PSG.

My bad! I knew that he had a professional brother and assumed it was Amed. Would be a good addition. I looked up and he's only on £40k a week so if they do things the usual way and pay half it could be a good option going forwards on a cheap budget?!

I think I has something to do with termination of his contract due to the war. Looks like a good replacement for Walcott/redmond. scored against Real last year in the champions league
