Ralph's detractors have gone quiet I am glad to say. He inherited a load of deadwood from his predecessors that have almost been cleared out and now we are starting to see the real potential of his appointment.

Yes the defence has been strengthened, but he still likes playing KWP out of position and ahead of Perraud - wrong
If he wants to play KWP, play him right back and move Tino to Right Wing/ midfield.

My complaints are his continued use of Djenepo and Redmond.
As for see the true potential of his appointment ….
He has better players in defence …. That is the only improvement … nothing to do with his appointment.
We battled out a draw against City superbly, but if we are to win games we need to see more of Tella, less of Djenepo and Redmond . a lot less!

I haven’t gone quiet - just waiting very patiently for the first win of the season. Draws are ok, but only ok, irrespective of opponents.
I don’t have a great deal of faith in Ralph’s tactics and judgements (Redmond? ) but hope that the football Gods will recognise that he is such a nice guy that he doesn’t deserve to get relegated.
Wolves is a big game (aren’t they all) not least because that should fall within the category of ‘winnable’ games.
Anything less and I wonder how Deutshe Saint will assess progress so far????.

It will depend hugely on whether Djenepo is picked again … as I have quoted repeatedly, his stats are dire, bordering on criminal. and each game he shows exactly that - he has no end product! Well ok he successfully crosses to one of our players once every ten games .

Redmond . yes he looks great when in space with no one tackling him. again no service and awful at passing backwards!

These two are absolutely the weak cogs in our machine.
Push Tino to midfield means we have skill, speed, great use of ball . and great tackler.
Mo on the other wing .
Tella and Broja up front .

Midfield if needs to be strong should include JWP and Romeu, to add dynamics use Diallo.
