You 'Ralph out' fans are getting what you asked for .


I'm not blowing smoke up Ralphs arse, he had some questionable moments BUT I will always maintain that the majority of poor performances under Ralph were down to circumstances. I.e. injuries, unsuccessful signings, player form .

During that time ^^ you Ralph fans could be heard chanting "You don't know what you're doing" . Well now you got your wish and actually been given a manager who literally DOESN'T know what he's doing

I'm confident Ralph at the least would have kept us up, just as confident I am that Jones will take us down. I was in support when Ralph was under fire and I was an immediate Jones out after his first match.and now look where we are.

The fans have to take some of the blame on their shoulders.

Ralph was an awful manager, he didn’t even speak to the players. it was Ralph’s way or the highway. He picked favourites, he dropped players on form, he picked players out of form. He played players out of position .
enough said . but .
Jones is in another league of incompetence.
Totally and utterly out of his depth. The players had a meeting to speak to jones to stop playing the way he does … the players aren’t buying into this guy at all!

Would have to agree to disagree with those thoughts. I believed Ralph's time was up, and performances were only going one way and looked like he had lost the players and dressing room and believe he also would have taken us down. Who should shoulder the blame is whoever thought Jones would be a capable replacement? How a man, who had he been left in the job, could quite possibly of taken Stoke into league 1 could possibly been seen as capable of managing in the Premier league truly blows my mind. I thought give him the benefit of doubt and 6 week break during World Cup to implement ideas and systems and who knows. But obviously the man is sooooo out of his depth it's unreal and the football really is the stuff if nightmares. If he does go then whoever appointed him should be leaving with him: (

Absolute rubbish. Ralph should have gone long before he did but blame the men who replaced him with a cheap inferior manager who had no experience of managing a club above mid table championship level. You reap what you sow. If you pay peanuts you get a monkey. All I hear from Jones is excuses and whinges about how the fans are not getting behind the team. Maybe if you gave us something to shout about we would do just that.
