Seen this Telegraph saying Emery and Howe are Southampton manager targets. thoughts?

But I can see pellergrini if we can match the wages
Would be happy with that appointment as he wants to stay here and not go back in the continent
Has bags of European experience also which we need next season to see how we go

Ronald should have stayed had a good thing here but
Money talks and Everton are going to be throwing a bit about
Feel sorry for our back room sammy lee Erwin
Dave Watson can't see them being part of the deal and
Don't see sammy going there anyway.

just for once I was actually positive VVD Ward Prowse and Forster on new contracts and the manager stating he would see his out at least. If Ronald went Barcelona or even Arsenal I would say thank you and who can blame him, even of been happy for that to go in a new contract. But EVERTON really, I wonder the reason lack of ambition from us or money from them be nice to know the full facts. The club if it is the money or he if it is the ambition should come out but no doubt there will be a gagging clause. We will end up with Sammy staying for continuity and who knows who next Pellegrini or the Emery both seem ok but would be a step down for them surely especially if we are perceived as a small club punching above their weight rather than a club on an upward curve. Can see player exodus following and Ron will have all the data on our targets and the new guy may want to start again. Only positive is the youth may get a chance now. Its another year but seems to be the same old shit, sort it quickly and get the business done before the end of the Euros for a decent pre season.
