Todd Cantwell has not been playing much this season and anyone who saw him play against us at Carrow road when he was hooked at half time would not want him .we already have options in midfield with Smallbone now back in the squad, let's hope for a good victory this Saturday and hopefully a long cup run this season

Overall, the transfer window was a bit of a damp squid from our view. That said, it is important not to be wasteful in terms of recruiting more of the same I.e. players who would offer no additional value to what we’ve already got.
It’s disappointing though that we didn’t invest in a quality PL standard GK (our two are championship standard at best considering their inadequacy in the air with crosses and general distribution with ball at feet).
A creative playmaker would also value - basically an upgrade on what we have.
The good news is that our inactivity in the market may instil greater confidence in the squad who feel they can be entrusted with the job in hand I.e. climbing up the table

Hopefully it will also leave money in the kitty for the summer when more players become available and at more realistic prices. I think we all agree that a top keeper is a must along with an attacking mid and depending on what happens with Broja we could do with a proven top level striker. Apart from that I think the squad is pretty close to what Ralph is looking for.
