Not sure if this has been asked before but I'm curious about the backgrounds of us saints fans on this forum.

Roughly how many Southampton games have you watched?
What away grounds have you visited to support Saints?
First match?
Favourite match?
Any historic events you witnessed? Such as the 8-0 or Mane's hat trick
Favourite all time player?
Favourite current player?
Any fun trivia surroundings a saints player?

My list would be;
Around 40 games - only witnessed defeats to Liverpool (3) and Man United through all of those
I've been to Anfield, Wembley (neutral) Old Trafford and the Withdean
First match was Fulham (H) 0-0 in 2003/ 04
Favourite match is one of three; Carlisle (4-1) in the JPT, Walsall (3-1) to be promoted to the Championship, and Coventry (4-0) to return to the PL
Other historic games - EFL Cul final defeat to Man Utd (2-3) and the promotions/ trophy above
Favourite all time player boringly is Le Tiss
Favourite current player is Vestergaard
And a couple of bits of trivia - I have been on the St Mary's pitch twice to celebrate promotion, and have played cricket with Matt Le Tissier (I played in the same team as his son for six years)

What is your story? :)

Ok here goes.
Number of games. probably 35 ish.
Not many away days, Riverside and Wembley for the JPT final.
First match - 6-3 win over Utd in 96, What a way to start.
Favorite match is the same but if I had to pick another it would be Saints V Sheff Utd win in '08 to stay in the Championship.
Other Historic games - Saints V Wimbledon at the Dell with Bridge and Pahars scoring some great goals.
Fav player other than Le Tiss. Pahars and Big Claus.
Fav current player - Has to be Ings.
Trivia - I'm a Saint living behind enemy lines in Portsmouth so that's fun.

That’s an incredibly brave move! Trust you don’t have a saints bumper sticker 😬.

I am from the USA so not really able to go to in person games at St. Mary's.

I have watched, on TV/ internet, most if not all available saints games since 2015.
Never been to an in person game but I am still young and saving to go after C.V. slows down (hopefully) next year.
First match was in '04 Saints vs Man UTD in the FA cup I believe. I Was 10 at the time! Saints have been my favorite team since.
Most historic was that 8-0 win against Sunderland.
Favorite player would be Lambert/ Mane.
No favorite current player.
