Very worrying piece in the Times saying new owners want players sold befor anyone is added to the squad. No investment into player funds and loans taken out to buy the club need repaying as they are personal loans against new owner. Looks like VVD will be sold to offset some of owners personal debt. If true then my fears are being realised sooner rather than later.

And obviously it goes without saying that we should listen to everything we read in the papers! The messages from the club have been 'VVD is not for sale' and it's 'Business as usual' - The Times probably have more sheets to fill than they have news at the moment ;-)

I am sure ownership will transfer from personal to landher at some stage in the future if the need arises. I am encouraged that he put his own money in rather than his companies ( think glazers borrowed the whole amount) and have treated Man U like a cash cow ever since with the club paying for all there personal expenses as well. Grow our brand in the states with UA and Asia now and although not Man U income incomes could certainly vastly increase.

If there is truth in the article then obviously it is worrying. but surely it would go against kat liebherrs ethos of doing what is right for the club.?

I just don't believe this due to the fact that why would kl authorise the takeover if they had to sell players and not put in funds to the club just to pay back the club.
