City rumoured to have lowered Bonys price to around 13 million. Although he has been rubbish for city, at Swansea he was one of the best strikers in the league, big strong player proven in the prem, I dare say I'd like him at St Marys?

Pep doesn't want him, he could be the 20 goal a season striker we need, can't see it happening though.

5ft 10in is not exactly big for a striker. Yes he was good at Swanea but didn't exactly have a good season with City even though he had plenty of chances. Rubbish in the premier last season and going to another premier club doesn't mean that he'd go back as a 20 goal a season player I'm afraid.

Saints could spend 13mill on somebody else which I'm sure that Claude would agree on. This is only my opinion chaps. Decent 1-0 win today with a crowd of just under 18,000. Roll on Watford and really looking forward to the new season. VvD took a bit of a knock and subbed -hopefully will be fully fit next Saturday. COYR's.

Went to post this yesterday. He is 5"11 and a half (ha) according to wiki. Surely a better option than slimani. Yes he hasn't had the best of times at MCFC but strikers need games and confidence, confidence comes with games and goals. 13m would be a steal.

Apologies esso14, maths wasn't exactly my strength at school. Yes Bony is just shy off 6ft. But I still maintain that the next CF ( if we get one) won't be from this country. Yes if Bony went back to the form he was in at Swansea £13 mill would be a great outlay. Would saints gamble? Don't think so - shame an in form Bony would strengthen any forward line.
