Glad to see some level heads, part of me thought I'd log on and see the pitchforks being brandished with screams of RM out.

For me it was a game against United and with the team/players we currently have/are it was more about if we lose (most likely) .how we lose, and in that regard I think we did alright.

Up until the penalty save we were the best team. Then I'd that goal goes in our confidence goes up and maybe it's a different game. Instead it swung the other way, united felt it and capitalised on it. I was at the game and as soon as archer stepped up I said I wasn't confident. Not confident in archer and confident in Onanas shot stop abilities.

Hopefully Ross Stewart stays, gets some game time and we get so see how this team is like when we have an actual outlet in front of the goal.

Theres definite positives and that's why I wasn't quick to throw RM under the bus and still not. He's learning and that's says a lot for someone who is supposedly stubborn.

One thing I will say though is Beeston-Diaz OUT NOW. Don't have him anywhere near the starting lineup.he is a complete waste of space/wages/potential for other players to show what they have.

Good post leslee.

I am pleased by the positives and progress. We are in a 4 game slump but have been here before, so will give RM my full support for Sep.

None of Diaz, Armstrong, Archer or Stewart have impressed me so far. Dibling and Sugawara look most likely to score!

Let's work on finishing and defending set pieces next week and then need a big result vs Ipswich.

Agree Leslee there are definitely positives, as I said I believe that starting 11 is almost there and can be solid moving forward but like i said in my post but the problems are always the same and don't seem to be fixed. Whether it's the manager, players not executing the tactics correctly or a combination of both its still slightly off and we will continue to be punished at this level. i'm not saying he shoukd go but do you think RM stays if we don't beat Ipswich and what do you think are the answers to our current plight?

And of course with Stephens out now for 3 games he has to rebuild the team and that can only be good

Next three home games are Everton, Ipswich and Leicester. Quite simply they’re the three most likely to drop aside us. We have to win all three. So by that logic, lose and we look like being toast.

Get ABK and Cornet in for Stephens and Brereton and it’s basically the perfect side. Dibling was our best player and it says a lot that our right back is our biggest goal threat ? positives, but positives don’t bring results and we have scored one goal in four games, including 60 minutes against ten men, and that one goal was a last minute consolation.

It isn’t too difficult a game as Martin may make it out to be. Play fluid attacking football, leave 2 CBs and a CDM on the halfway line, and express yourselves.

Turned off after we missed the penalty. Knew where it was going, and not a great deal of faith in getting anything next weekend.
