Stephens has signed a new contract but more importantly gone out on loan to 'Boro for this season. Surely with Gardos injured he would have been in the '4th choice' slot so there must be another centre back coming in for definite?

Also, Turnbull has gone back to Swindon on loan where he was palyer of the year last season. Interesting then that McCarthy got the bench spot in the Europa game.

Probably, also Turnbull seems to be on his way for another season loan out at Swindon so vvd looks very likely
