Any news on the Edin Dzeko situation? Saw that we had made an enquiry about him any truth in this? Personally find it very unlikely as the fee and wages will be too high but would be quality addition, cheers.

Dzeko (buy) and Cahill (loan) would be nice.

Can't see either happening. Think dzeko was a target of Mark Hughes so probably won't happen.

Can't see us buying Dzeko as he's almost 33 years old. Might do a job for us for 12/ 18 months but no sell on value . I can't see RH wanting to bring in anyone over the age of 26/ 27 to fill any position.

I'm not as excited by Dzeko as most. I think Hassenhutl would want pace and energy up front more than anything, and at 33 he doesn't really fit our profile. I'd rather Lookman.

We don’t need a prolific striker, Armstrong, Redmond and Ings have enough goals and creativity in them. What we need is a striker who can play well when Ings is injured as Austin and Long are not up to it this season and Obafemi has been injured twice.
