this is when we have to accept we are simply 'armchair' managers sat behind a keyboard. I admit I was amazed when he let Cedric go after only a couple of Valery performances. Valery seemed hesitant in defense, lost in attack and anywhere in between he seemed to not have a clue if he should be back or not. Even one of the Eds questioned his ability he was that bad. But here we are few weeks later, watching a completely different player. Not just his goal, but his positional play, his attacking and defense are vastly improved I am guessing this is what Ralph was seeing day in day out in the training ground. i guess that's why Ralph is manager and not me :-)
