I know it's only been a week and we haven't any more points to our name but even just observing the noises being made around the club, if this guy stays at our club for the next two or three years - even if we get relegated this year - we will be so much better for it in the longer term provided the club continue making correct decisions and not reverting to Pellegrino/ Hughes ways.
Watching the U23s tonight without an obligation to, bringing the squad in for an extra tactical session, taking an active part in training sessions - it's excitingly refreshing to see!
So glad Ralph is at our club.

It's the most refreshing thing to see from a fans point of view and if anything proves how bad the last appointments have been. He's demanding that the players work much harder and he hasn't even been at the club for a week. The last time I remember reading about the squad training was when we were 2nd in the table and Jose Fonte said that we wanted to keep the momentum up. And I can't remember seeing anywhere about our gaffer watching the under 23's.
