Week after week we read excuses from the manager and various players that ' we must learn from this' or 'we 'must do better'or this didn't happen' (with little or no change) perhaps only a Thought suggestion (although realising it's impractible and could never be applied) that as full time professionals' they should be put on ' apprentice' wages until such times they have mastered their trade - and watch a rapid correction!

Or change their wage structure to be 'heavily' weighted towards a win-bonus? (say, a 30/ 70 split)
