Every single matach JWP prowse plays in the commentators bang on about his world class delivery and how he is one (if not the best) to put the ball wherever he wants it. I swear these guys are given scripts rather than thinking for themselves, because if that's the case you'd think we would have seen a lot more goals come of it 🤔

Nonetheless, I like the boy and would definitely be sad to see him leave, especially if like everyone else says he comes good. For that reason 20m+ I could live with. Maybe whack it straight into the paco alacer deal to get him through the door and not lose a player to another similar team.

Goals aren't the only way to judge this. Watch the games; his delivery is as good as anyone's.

His delivery is excellent but how does the manager find a place in the team for him? The only position I can see is attacking right side of the central midfield four. He’s not creative enough or productive at scoring to play the number 10 role either behind one or two strikers. He won’t displace Lemina/ hojberg/ Romeu/ Davis/ Armstrong in the engine room so I really do feel he is surplus to requirements but a fee of circa 20 million with sell on clause should be sought. A move might be what his career needs.

Can put it bang on the penalty spot every time, if no one's gambling and getting on the end of it, it's hardly JWP's fault

For me, he's always looked best as a no.10, similar to Barkley or Sigurdsson, problem with that is that he doesn't have the pace or the skill of them to be able to beat defenders and he doesn't have the strength of someone like Goretzka to be able to shrug defenders off and keep the ball when under pressure. Technically he's brilliant but could do with a season getting kicked in the championship imo.
