MP talked up the two games this week as being massive for the club. He even talked about beating Brighton and needing to kick on and keep winning. Then he picks a line-up with Steven Davis in the heart of our midfield, JWP wide right and Shane Long as our lone striker. Where’s the attacking intent in that? Why’s Carrillo on the bench?

Its not surprising we were under the cosh until the penalty. At half time, MP made changes to take the game to Brighton and in the second half, we did just that. But too late as it turned out.

I’ve tried throughout the season to defend MP but even I’ve run out of excuses and patience now. I cannot understand the side he sent out. I wouldn’t consider it our best side, let alone our best attacking side. It wasn’t even our best defensive side. It was just….11 players from the senior squad. This in a game we needed to win. Bizarre.

Marco Silva, if you don’t fancy a long term job with us, how about 13 games?

Agree, (not about the killing though),
the whole country can see this, so why not the board
Will a replacement occur, I'm not sure it will, the board have publicly stated it
I hope we find a solution soon,
