All of Their goals could have been stopped if we had a DM in the side or defender who can head a ball. The first goal for them not closed down in midfield and KWP out jumped on back post he is not going to win a header. Second goal not closed down in midfield a DM would be blocking the edge of the area. 3rd goal no one marking from midfield, and we concede from a set peace again. 4th goal is poor defending should be able to control a football and pass out of defence. This will happen all season all teams in the Championship will cross the ball and be good at set pieces. Need a DM in the team and more organization for set pieces. Very entertaining game and was great to see us score goals.

All basic football . very basic!
While we have sold the best of our CBs we have left ourselves with the two who make the most mistakes.
Like to see Lyanco get a game.
As for DM . fans comment that we should never have sold Romeu but he was caught out of position every game, plus awful at tracking his man.

We need to get back to the basics. I really don’t know what’s going on?
We have a superb attacking line and a fast and dynamic midfield. but they are exposing our defence.
Our current formation would work IF the players did their job .
when not attacking, mark an opponent and track and opponent and stand goal side of the opponent, not arrive on the scene late (kwp) and try and stop a goal from behind!

maybe need this Charles Kiddy to play in midfield where he is supposed to play. he can head, defend, and pass. Drop Armstrong from midfield.
