Reports of a £16m bid made for Omar Colley, Sampdoria CB. I think another CB signing definitely opens the door to 1 or 2 being shipped off as that'd be six on the books, but major centre back moves have been needed since Fonte went and the board are finally backing a manager!

I'm hoping that some of the reports of bids made are true and not just the board trying to pull the wool over fans eyes. We've seen it before at Saints with the board saying we tried to get this player or that player and we have ended up with nobody or a cheap option. I think that Ralph is the man that can take us to the next level provided that the board back him.

Agreed Saints0001, Colley is 28 I think so 30 in a couple of years, can't see us going for this one, no sell on value unless we got him at an absolutely ridiculous price and that isn't going to happen.
