Hi, Eds. Any info about players Saints are seriously trying to sign this month? Read something about Maehle and Salisu, but are they just made up stories? Todibo rumours out of range?

{Ed002's Note - I cannot answer the "seriously" aspects but there has been interested in a number of players.
Joakim Maehle (RB) has been of previous interest to Southampton, Burnley and Fiorentina and is available at the right price - and Southampton remain keen.
Marc Guehi (CB) want him to replace Vestergaard - plus an offer to buy from Nottingham Forest and a loan offers from Norwich and Bristol City.
Lewis Gibson (CB) A couple of minor injuries, and game time has dried up so the player has to consider options which include old club Newcastle, Southampton, Brighton and Rangers.
Mohammed Salisu (CB) Norwich are very keen on taking the Valladolid centre back in January but may face opposition from Southampton and Everton. Manchester United and Valencia have been credited with scouting the player by his club.
Jean-Clair Todibo (CB) will only be sold with a buy-back clause and €25M - plenty of interest but Barcelona do not see him as good enough - will be available in January and is being offered around to clubs including Everton, Inter, Manchester United. But Milan already in talks and interest from Bayer Leverkusen and Southampton.
Morgan Sanson (CM) very unlikely
Yari Verschaeren (AM) interesting Lille and Southampton, there may be efforts to seek a move in January for fear of Anderlecht facing sanctions.
Ben Chrisene (M) also wanted by Chelsea

Seen a rumour about Lallana rejoining Southampton in July and will be announced next week. Do you know if there is any truth to that Edd's please?

Thank God for that. Wouldn't offer anything and too injury prone anyways.
I hope Danso's loan be made permanent.
Earlier this season after Targett leaving I've been wanting a LB to cover or compete with Bertie but Vokins might just be the answer for now. If we get a RB then Cedric is off.
