12 mil is nothing these days, despite Saints knack of penny pinching. Worth a shot. He's got better stats than most of our attacking midfielders last season.

I'm not a great fan of him. But if he does come and sorts out our attacking problem I sure won't mind! I could see him linking up with Tadic quite well, and if you look at when he was on form he scored some beautiful goals, and often out of nothing.

Not been a huge fan of the rumours, but in fairness I was thinking it'd be a fee much higher than £12m.

At that price, this is a pretty good piece of business, but I don't think it should stop us pursuing someone else like Promes, Felipe Anderson as mooted.
